BSOD Windows 2000 AD

Hello All:

Please help!

Our main AD had a BSOD. Not sure what cause to BSOD below is the error i see from the dump.

Any recent changes to the OS or hardware?

Can you get it to boot into safe mode?

The only OS i installed are security updates. Cannot access to safe mode.

Any idea?

What updates did you install?

Did it blue screen immediately after installing the updates?

It did not blue screened after security updates installation. I also rebooted the server and came back successfully after the update. Now all of sudden blue screen.

This is resolved. I had to use the CD installation repair.
