Every evening at mids I get this error.
BSD206 4:12
BSD206 8:12
BSD206 12:12
BSD206 20:12
BSD206 24:12
BSD206 25:12
BSD206 26:12
BSD206 28:12

I've read the NTP:
"Loop unable to receive speech from l1, l2, etc. Minor alarm lamp lit
on attendant console. Probable fault cause: 1. Network card for loop l
2. If you cannot receive only one loop
(l1), there is a possible intermittent fault in the Network card for
loop l1. This is the expected fault type if any other loops cannot
receive l1 or if L1 appears in a BSD0110
message. 3. If only one loop (l1) cannot be received, possible
intermittent fault in one of the peripheral buffer connected to loop l1
4. All other network, conference and TDS
cards in the same group."
Action: "The following actions correspond numerically to the fault
locations listed above: 1. Go to LD 32. Use the commands STAT l and
ENLL l to identify and enable disabled
loops. Replace the Network card if loops remain disabled. 2. Go to LD
32. Use the commands STAT l and ENLL l to identify and enable disabled
loops. Replace the Network card if
loops remain disabled 3. Replace each Peripheral Buffer in turn,
starting with the one on the highest numbered PE shelf. The test should
then be allowed to run long enough to
indicate whether the problem will persist. 4. CFN card status may be
checked in LD 34. TDS card status may be checked in LD 38."
Severity: Critical

Question is I do not have an speech path issues.

I've done a search on the error and found a few answers below.

Report of owx for xtns not only between all other loops but within its own Superloop
in this case it was loop 4 . If LD 45 test run then you did get BSD206 etc indicating a Hardware fault.
The local engineers changed the NET card the cable to the IPE and even the nwk shelf Backplane
but still the fault was on The IPE shelf was proved ok by moving the TN's from 4 0 to 8 0and the loop card moved to sloop8 and all was ok.
The fault eventually was found to be IGS 3 which sits on nwk GRP 0 SH 1 and is connected to GRP 0 SH 0 via the D & E cables at the back

BSD206 alarms on active ddcs loops.
In #32 stat of loop shows :

TERM LOOP
00 DSBL 08 BUSY
CTYF: XX (where XX = loop number)

Suspect a hardware problem (CTYF means continuity failure)

Thanks FirebirdScrambler for the quick response. I actually have Fiji cards and not IGS. I did stat all the loops in LD 32 but none showed a CTYF. I also ran a test in LD45 and tested all my loops. After looking into this I noticed only the loops on group 0 are affected - (Loops 4 thru 28). All my loops on group 1 do not seem to get a BSD206 error. So would this mean I have an issue with a FIJI card since I do not have IGSs?

What is loop 12? That appears to be the common factor.
You may want to try disabling loop 12 and reseating the card. If that doesn't fix it then replace the card.

StanleySteamer, Loop 12 is a remote Opt 11 connected via fiber. I have no issues from customers on that remote. Everything seems to be working normally.

So it must be a Fiber Remote IPE? Looks like an Option 11 but not really.
Regardless of whether the users are complaining it appears that your errors are all with loop 12. Is it an NT1P61?
Whatever it is, my suggestion still stands. You may want to have a spare card on hand just in case it decides not to come back up.
You could try a loop test in LD 30
.loop 12

might give you confirmation that there is a problem with that loop.
