Cisco has a password recovery procedure. Check out their website.

MD5 encryption is a one-way hash function that makes reversal of an encrypted password impossible, providing strong encryption protection. Using MD5 encryption, you cannot retrieve clear text passwords.
If there is need to recover your password from a router that the password was lost, you need to have access to the console port of the router and apply the regular cisco recovery procedure for the router.
