Brush Patterns 7 Mysterious Space

I have designed a brush pattern that has
a side, a start and an end. The thing is
there is this small area where the end doesn't
meet up with the side and it looks terrible.
Also where the side has to clone iteself over
and over depending on the length of the stroke
i get that seperation space as well.
I have checked my spacing and it is set to zero
WHAT CAN I DO?....Thanks for the help guys
