I have figured out how to open first browser window to open maximized. I can sometimes get the second (and some subsequent) windows to open for most of the window (as far as it can be stretched manually), but I cannot consistently get these windows to open maximized all the time.
I know I will kick myself when I get the answer - assuming you understand my convoluted explanation.
