I am experiencing a browsing problem at work, but three questions first:
1) Our "corp" domain(we have several domains) is made up of two class b networks. Therefore, there should be a master brower for each network in the Corp domain, right? Also, I assume the Corp PDC domain is also the master browser for the network(subnet) he resides on, right? This would make the PDC the domain master browser and regular master browser as well.

2) What exactly does the Domain Master Browser(PDC) do, in relation to other domains? Do all the domain master browsers just exchange browse lists?

3) What can I use to get a listing of all my domain master browsers, master browsers and backup master browsers?

thanks ahead of time,

Try using NT resource kit. Thiers some utilities that might help you. If you have a fast internet connection I can help you out with that. Just email me at Hcrespo@angelfire.com.
The whole kit is about a hundred megs.
