Browsing network neighborhood causes high utitlization

I just upgraded from netware 5 to netware 5.1. The server has sp2a and is NDS 7.51a. I also upgraded from Bordermanager 3.5 to 3.6 and it also runs the Backup Exec agent. Browsing through network neighborhood if I double click the server from a client machine my server utilization jumps up to 99% and stays there until I reboot. We thinkit may be a DS issue

What do your directory buffers look like? Current/Max.
