Browsing Local Folders

Anyone know what the coding would be to browse my local folders and files. I am trying to add a command button to let me browse my local folders so i can select a file to import into my database. I had it working with win 2k now i upgraded to win XP and that function doesn't work now. So I Think that the coding in VB is different. Any help would be great.

Do you have the ComDlg32.ocx? If not this question has been answered in numerous posts.
