In GPO there is an option to stop people browsing for printers but only using the Add New Printer wizard.

I want to stop it in Word, Excel, Access and all other programs. Any ideas?

You could untick the publish in Active Directory box and then dissable network browsing?

Okay, same guy from the other question! :)

I like the first part but how could I do the last (disable network browsing)?

Oh reading your first post you already know that :)

I think the "No entire network in my network places" and "No computers near me" policies should disable network browsing for printers.
