Browsing data

Hello,

I ran in to difficult situation. I am developing report out of views. And we have more than 30000 records in the particular view (I mean corresponding table).
My problem is , in craystal when we do brows data we get distinct records in "first 500 records" (not from 30000 records.).
I have removed options called "Select Distinct Data for Browsing" form File->Options and also I have removed "Select Distinct Data for Browsing" from File -> Report Options. Enve then I am not able so see in Browse all data.
My problem starts when user want to run report by selection "Business Line" Parameter and he want select multiple business line when he want to run report, at that time he is not able to see newly added Business line because Crystal gives only distinct records from 500 records. Is there any way to overcome this problem.
