browsers wont let me log in unless I restart

On this particular machine if I log into a website then log out, I cannot log back in unless I restart the computer.
Happens in IE7 and Firefox. With another computer I have no problems.
I have reset internet options to default settings but it doesn't provide any releif.

I just had a client with the same problem but she changed a setting and I corrected that but this is my machine and I cannot see where I am going wrong.

Found it. I disabled (then uninstalled) Google's web accellerator and everything is fine now.
