Browser won't pull up my website on my particular computer

Is there a way to force my browser to assiciate my IP address of my webserver to my domain name? if so, how?

i am having trouble typing in my name and having IE explorer recognize it, but if I go to another computer in my office and log in and use IE exploer, this problem goes away. it is only on my computer that htis happens.

its only that ONE computer and ONE specific website ???
a.) do all computers have the same dns server set ?
b.) clear cache
c.) what about other browsers ?
d.) what does "doesnt come up" mean ?
