I have a remote user connecting via a laptop to a UK server. They can connect all the way through to the published apps but as soon as they try and do any work they get the 'cannot connect to citrix..' message. I have increased the browser timeout in the appsrv.ini file, but it does not make any difference. The user is connecting via a V92 modem card over other countries telephone networks. The client is using NT 4 with metaframe 1.8 to a Win2000 server with Metaframe xp fr 2. Does anyone know of a setting or reg key that can sort this. Oh and the connection goes via an xkryptor before hitting the server. Any help would be most gratefully received.
