Hi is it possible, when people type in a web address, or click on a link to a wesite, to be able to force their browser to open, or change it's size?

As I have a frame problem, when I decrease the size of my browser the webpage looks and fits. But when it opens to the full size, the text on the mainFrame goes of to the left, and therefore is not under the banner it should be. THe reason for this is that the text is Centre aligned, and I cannot change it as it is someone else's webpage. We have the ecessary permission to use it. Although we can't change anything on it...

Yes, it's possible to change the size of some browser windows, but to do that you'd need to change some of the code on the web page, which you've said you can't do.
