does anyone know if there are any tutorials/sites that tell you how to make shells for browsers/etc?

as in, you change the outside, from grey/whatever colour to a picture...
you can get them for netscape, dunno about explorer.... it just puts an image on the backdrop of the buttons and stuff

Try going here to download "skins browser". I think if go to download.com and try searching on "skins" you'll find there are lots of similar apps.

If you go to

they have an easy to use plugin that handles skinning browsers. All you then need to do is design the skins.
