i'm having a weird symptom with both IE 6 (SP1) and Firefox.

Many sites I visit dont quite finishing loading the page.

It "hangs" after loading what looks like all the content,
status bar may say "1 image remaining" (or something like that, or may say "Loading..." The IE globe is turning.

I Clear the cache often

I have DSL and download speed is 1100 kbps (checked it tonight)

I have Norton Firewall - thought that may be the problem but I've had it for 2 years.

This is more an annoyance that a problem - The page seems to always fully load.

Any idea what the problem may be?

Thanks, John

I've had DSL for a year, this problem only about 3 days.
