Browser issue

Occassionally when I'm trying to close my browser, I end up with multiple browsers opening. New browsers continue to open until I use the Task Manger to end all functions or force my computer to power off.

Always from the same site(s)? if so, they may well be opening popups when you close your browser. The most common sites for this are pirate 'warez' sites, gambling sites, and porn sites. Apparently ;-).

You might also try running a comprehensive spyware and anti-virus check on your computer (Avast is a good free A/V package for Windows if you don't already have one).
