Hi,

I have a very nasty browser hijack that on every boot modifies my Windows Registry to make the MS Internet Explorer home page a bad site.

I use Ad-watch from Lavasoft which detects the registry hi-jack and allows me to block but doesn't identify the infected file.

I have re-loaded MS Win Explorer and the Win 98 OS (retaining all my data to no avail.

I use up-to-date E-Trust anti-virus software that does not detect anything.

Can anyone suggest how I can find the infection and clean it.

Thanks,

Adrian
