My browser is being hijacked and redirected....Here is what is happening:
1. I use Google to search for a subject
2. I click on any item on the returned list
4. I am redirected to a web site other than what I wanted, usually one selling something related to what I originally requested in my Google search.
5. The redirect appears to be random, not to the same site every time, but almost always to a site selling something related to my Google search.
6. Also, I keep setting my homepage to cnn.com, but each time I launch IE, it resets my homepage to Google...

I've run different anti-spyware products (SpyBot, Ad-Aware, AVG) and fix any returned items, but this keeps happening.

There was an earlier closed post about this (thread608-1197359), but no resolution....The advice given was to scan using HijackThis and post the log...so I have done that here...

Please help me! I don't know what else to do!
Thanks

Whats this? - O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [msdata] moose.exe

If you're on IE7, check what 3rd party add ons are running

-Open up IE
-click on Tools
-select Manage Add-ons...
-select each add-on and disable each add-on one at a time and see if problem is solved or disable all of them and enable them one at a time to found out which one is causing this problem

Your system definitely looks like there is some malware on it. I'd recommend doing a virus and spyware scan in safe mode.

Also: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qssS3te] colmgvw.exe

It looks like you have several things going on. Google anything that you don't recognize.
