I know that there's a way to have a web page automatically resize it's self for the resolution of the person viewing the page regardless of their screen resolution.

How is this done?

Let me restate the problem. I am NOT asking how to resize a table. What I want to do is to have the "entire web page" resize itself for the viewers monitor.

Otherwise, if I size it too small, I'll end up with a "lopsided" web page. If I size it too large, things are either cut off or wrapped around where I don't want them to be.
