Browser does not load graphics...........................

My user has a problem with the IE that does not load all the graphics on that particular page properly. She always needs to do a refresh every time so that the browser can load the page again. I had patched the browser to version 6 and still the problem exists. Is the problem due to the cache not being cleared and the browser just keeps on loading the pages from the cache?

Any suggestions and tips will be greatly appreciated.
