Browser can't open links in mail messages

Hello! A user at my office has an annoying problem with Eudora:

When she clicks a link in a mail message, browser opens displaying a blank page. The browser does not respond, even though Windows Task Manager claims the browser is running. This happens with any browser. Browsers run just fine. When the link is copied and pasted into a browser's address field, it opens without a sign of trouble.

I have uninstalled and reistalled Eudora, reseted settings, checked registered file settings in Windows, but nothing seems to help.

Eudora version is 4.3.2, platform is Win2K Pro sp2 and tested browsers are IE 5.5 sp2 and Netscape 6.2.

Any ideas would be great!

I solved the problem by re-installing browsers. But I still have no idea what caused the trouble in the first place, so any hints are welcome!
