browser-based code editor?

anyone know of a browser-based version of a dreamweaver-type program? it'd be kinda nice to develop websites on the web.

There's quite a few out there. Can't say I've used any though. I personally think it'd be a bit risky to actually develop over the web, unless you have a very stable connection. Having said that, web-based applications are all the rage (e.g.

actually, we're developing on a LAN where the server is live, but development is at 1000Mb and quite stable.
