Our secure website uses an asp page to pull a report form a database. The pages are secured through windows authentication. Some of our client don't get prompted to login. Instead they recieve page not found errors. I have checked to make sure the browser settings are OK for Challenge/response, but they still can't log on. We are using SSL. If that anyone thinks that might be the problem.

Thanks

Is there a pattern regarding which browsers (and versions) are having this problem?

Heh, are your FrontPage extension installed correctly? Oh what the hell, this is M$, reinstall them again.

It's like voodoo anymore. Something goes wrong? Never fear! Reinstall the extensions and *mamba jamba* IT WORKS!!

</sarcasm>

Seriously tho, the extensions have been known to cause a problem when using SSL, but it's *usually* user-wide. Try reinstalling them... X-) "Absorb what is useful, discard what is not. Add what is uniquely your own." - Bruce Lee - The Tao of Jeet Kune Do
