Browser & Folder windows Deselecting themselves.

This is a really annoying problem. It's this: I open up a new browser window(IE6)or just a normal folder window, and after about 5 seconds the window deselects itself, u know, the blue bar at the top of the window with the title turns grey. This is really annoying as when u are typing anything, it stops u when it deselescts itself, u have to reactivate the window to start typing again. Its taken me about 5 mins to type this:/

Im running W2K pro, all latest updates.

Anyone know of any solution?

Do you have other programs running, that pop up windows like Msn messenger, or icq? Check to make sure programs like that don't have the "always on top" tab checked, under there options or properties menu.
