Browser Access to Mail file

I am trying to set up browser access to the Notes inbox. So far everything seems to be ok except when the log in comes up it will not accept the user name and password.
I am entering the first and last name of the person and the password necessary for notes. Is there something I am missing.

Are you entering the notes id password, or the internet password? Go into the domino directory (NAB) and in the person document, enter an internet password on the Basics tab.

also, you should know that by default, anything in the short name field on the person document can be used as the logon name.
