My brother has a Brother HL-2700CN colr Laser Printer.
Paper stops just as it starts to come out of the fuser. It doesn't 'JAM' it just stops and gives a Jam C error.
My question is: The fuser roller gears are real tight. I took out the Fuser and tried to roll the gears with my finger and It was real hard to move.
Is it normal for the gears to be so tight or could this be the cause of the paper stopping problem?
