Brother 1850 and 1850 faint printing

Any suggestions as to why the printing is faint Have done the following.

1: replaced drum and toner
2: clean Optics
3: replaced voltage board.

Still faint printing

Never give up never give in.

There are no short cuts to anything worth doing :-)
