Brooktrout over SIP

Has anyone ever successfully managed to send and receive faxes using a Brooktrout server connected to a CS1k via SIP trunks?

I've tried direct signalling (static IP in NRS endpoint for BT)from the BT to the CS1k, and can send, but not receive.

I've tried registering the BT to the NRS (dynamic endpoint) and cannot send. I can see the invite from the CS1k, but the BT doesn't respond.

Any thoughts? I'm stumped at the moment.
