If anyone has tried connecting a Brooktrout Fax Server to a DTI card on a Norstar please reply...I have my destination codes programmed to access a route that is programmed to use a line pool which is programmed to grab a channel off the DTI card that is connected to the Fax Server. However, when even trying to manually dial the destination codes i get a "line in use." I have the line coding set to AMI which is what i've used before in the past for this situation, and in turn the Fax Server is supposedly set to AMI as well, though i have already tried the other coding options. If there are any answers/suggestions out there please dont hesitate to respond.
