I hope this isn’t considered a “red flagged” message, if it is please forgive me.

Any time one of our m2616 phones break, I normally swap it out with one that isn’t in use. Well now I’ve almost run out of spare phones, and have about 4 or 5 that I need to get repaired. I found a few places online that seem like good companies and I was wondering if any of you have suggestions of who to look into and who to avoid like the plague.

Thanks,

Don't want to black ball anyone but I've need good and bad from just about all of them out there. Most will back-up there product, but anytime you deal with REFURB your going to have weird troubles that are not always picked up when the phone is tested. OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

I've found it is cheaper to buy then online at Ebay, I've bought about 30 phones in the last year and I have never gotten a bad phone.

We've found that by using refurbs, we can afford to keep a little more inventory in case of problems. If you are interested, we have a couple of suppliers who have been pretty good.

Let me know if you'd like more info.

Does anyone know of places that buy phones that need repaired or need refurbing?
