Broken Install CD 2 for CS1

Hi,

One of our employees, while installing CS1 accidently cracked the Install CD 2. I've called Adobe and asked If we could purchase a replacement CD/download. Needless to say, they where no help. Would anyone know where I could get a replacement? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Try talking with another Adobe rep or their manager. This is not an impossible situation. A small fee will be assessed for replacement/shipping.

Couldn't you even walk to their front door and request a replacement CD?
