Hi there.
I have a strange one
On my incoming sip trunk invite my FROM and TO look to be normal:
From: <sip:+27119129359@avoxi.io>;tag=fd866992-9ae6-4769-92b5-8936a00a0d37
To: <sip:17042083450@avoxi.io>
P-Asserted-Identity: <sip:+27119129359@avoxi.io>

I can route the call on the IP Office to the desired extension, however...
The CLI presented on Both IX workplace and a SIP Softphone both presents as .com.

As seen below the IP Office invite to the extension has the FROM set as below:
INVITE sip:2000@10.69.30.110;transport=tcp SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/TCP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5060;rport;branch=z9hG4bK43728a651a3ffbd25f195f2fb84949d3
From: <sip:.com@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX>
P-Asserted-Identity: ".com" <sip:.com@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5060>

The CM Setup looks correct:

Any Idea why the IP Office would not be sending:
INVITE sip:2000@10.69.30.110;transport=tcp SIP/2.0

It all depends on how your SIP URI is setup. Can you post a screenshot of your SIP URI(s)?

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Hi @critchey.

The pic includes all the variants that I have tried individually, however it does not change the CLI presented. This is my first system in the USA that I have setup and was wondering if there is some funny location specific issue that I may have missed.

Thank for looking for me

Crap sorry I misread your original post I was thinking outbound callerID not inbound.

Do you have a SIP domain and/or SIP FQDN setup under system>LAN1>VOIP? Do you have H323 IP phones and if so Im assuming they don't have this issue? What about J100 phones do you have any of them?

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
