Hello,
I have an issue with Outlook 2003: when I receive an email written in Korean, the title (and sender's name, if in Korean) shows as broken characters in my Inbox. However when I open the email by double-clicking on it, the title (and sender) shows normal.
I noticed that when using Webmail I have the exact same broken characters, but I can solve the issue by changing the encoding to Korean in IExplorer.
I suppose there must an equivalent encoding option in Outlook2003 but so far I could not get it to work.
Also, there is no problem on my professional desktop even if both computers are running XP SP2 and Office 2003.
Would anyone have some suggestions?
Thanks,
Seb
