2) what kind of connection ?
3) what kind of port ?
4) what kind of computer ?
5) what operating system ?
6) has it worked before ?

no joy tryin to reinstall. I'm gettting - "windows using driver - cancel 'windows applications'& try again!"

now PC shuts down Rapidly, when i switch on/off printer!
i have found that printer drives aren't loaded & it wont Deleate printer software from 'add/remov' also wont remove a prog., i downloaded about same time as prob.started
