Broadcast Music while the Phone is Idle

Dear Community members,

I have a request from management, they want to broadcast a Audio file to Users. this is completely different from Music On Hold.

The broadcast should happen at a scheduled time, and when the phone is idle.

I have Avaya Aura (CM)

Is it possible...??

Maybe SA8893 - Blast Conference? But you are limited to 8 users I think.

Most Avaya IP phones have APIs which can be used to send audio/tex/images to the phone. This is used, for example, by Avaya Notification Solution

I don’t know a solid solution, but I dó know how to broadcast the sound of a ringing Avaya telephone set through the company speakers.

PushSDK will work for this, but you'll need to build it. There is a sample weather application that you can use as a starting point.
