How do I turn off the Server broadcast messages, or modify who receives them? Anytime I get some little error, it broadcasts it to everyone in the company, and I get 50 phone calls asking what's wrong. I want to restrict these messages to 2 people. How can I do that? Thanks.

Ok, that's to turn them off. Any way to limit the notification to a particular group? Thanks for the first response.

Don't know of a way to do groups at a server level. I don't use it, so I am not sure if the CASTOFF command is still around. This can be placed into the login script and can be executed by a particular group.

You can also sneak over to the annoying users workstation and disable thier ability to get messages. It is a setting in the windows client (under the advaced tab).

Yea I know about the client, but there's just too many to go set manually like that. I don't know what the castoff command is though.

Also, I just tried set disable broadcast notifications process=off, and it said: Disable Broadcast Notifications Process is ALREADY set to OFF. So I tried setting it to on, and we'll see. Wasn't sure if that's what you meant. Thanks again.
