Broadcast message

You have to create a mailbox that has admin rights in order to broadcast. Once this mailbox say 2222 had broadcast rights go into the mailbox 2222 and compose a message then enter 5555## to broadcast the mailbox to every mailbox 79 to actually sent it out. You may want to send the broadcast message after hours or before your business day as it creates traffic on the ports.
