HI, I set up a broadcast mailbox in our MM but users are reporting back that the message is being sent out twice ? I Created the ELA list, Created Shadow Mailbox ID, Created User List. I Double checked the settings and found nothing wrong, but since I just recently took over doing admin on this system part time I'm not sure what others might have done. The MM is 4.1, thanks

Broadcast message thru ELA being sent twice ?

Did you add anyone to the ELA ? or did you just make it a broadcast ?
All you need to do is setup a list and make it a broadcast. Do not add anyone to it or they will get the message 2 times.
Setting it as a broadcast will send it to all users automatically.
