Broadcast a message on NEC (NEAXMail AD-40)

Can anyone tell me how to send out a broadcast message on a NEC PBX using NEAXMail AD-40?

You can send a message to all subscribers in the voicemail. When you log into your personal voicemail box it will say "you have XXX new messages".... if you have new messages it will play them, the next prompt you will get is "would you like to send any messages" select yes and when it asks for the name spell out ALL (255), then you can send a message to every user in the VM.

I got the message:
THERE ARE NO FURTHER MATCHED TO THE 3 LETTERS
YOU ENTERED.

Is there a special setup that needs to take place before I try typing 255? I am trying to send a messages to all of the mailbox subscribers on the campus.

The message that I received said:

THERE ARE NO FURTHER MATCHES TO THE 3 LETTERS YOU ENTERED.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE?

after I entered 255.

Do you know how to do any programming on the actual AD40 PC? If you can log into the PC, then go to the groups section and see what the Name/System ID of the all subscriber box is. Then send a message to that name/system id.

If you can send the message to everyone in voicemail can you send it just specific groups? Like an accounting group or the tech group?

Yes.... Whoever manages your system can create message groups for you.

I had group message boxes setup but the users are not getting the messages. Am I missing something?
