Brio SQR Question

Hi ,

I am getting this error when I try to run a sqr file from command prompt.

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIServerAttach error 12538 in cursor 0:
ORA-12538: TNS:no such protocol adapter
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.

SQR: Program Aborting.

Please Help ! Thanks
