BRIO problem

And you've had no luck trying to download said plug-in from Netscape? Brio, AFAIK, is a query tool, used often for data warehouse retrieval, but that's th elimit of my knowledge. You either need to get this plug-in, or try a reinstall of the browser on that particular machine.

There was no problem downloading the brio plug-in. However, before I could get back to that machine and try reinstalling the browser, another technician had taken the PC out of service to be surplused, so I never got a chance to try it. But, thanks for the suggestion.
