Brink Level back up

Hi there,
I am planning to do a brick level back up on Exchange 2000. I have Norton Antivirus Corporate 7.5 and Norton Antivirus for Exchange 2.5 installed. I was told that if i will try to do the brick level back up, antivirus will create problems. I have Arcserve2000 and also have arcserve agent for exchange installed on exchange server. Please let me know if i need to do anything before i implement brick level back. Thanks

set the norton to use mapi mode only...by going to autoprotect

Thanx for the reply, do i have set MAPI mode only in Norton Antivirus Corporate or Norton Antivirus for Exchane 2.5? Appreciate your help..
