Bringing Back The Menus? 1

In an attempt to add a bit of security to one of my databases, I hid all the menus and tool bars and such as that through the database startup menu. In my short sightedness, I didn't realize just how much this would hamper me as the developer. How do I bring the menus back? I am assuming there is some sort of keyboard shortcut or something such as that, but I have searched all over the net and have been unable to find anything that would help me out.

Press down and hold down the <Shift> key while you start your db. Hold it down until it's completely loaded. Now go back into Startup and recheck everything.
