Bring in Records with a Null Value or no Value

I am running a report in version 10. I need to include the records that have no values. Just have them there for reference. Any Ideas???

Example... I am bringing in all Nurses, Librians and Counselors for aprox 20 school sites. Some of these sited do not have librians, or maybe no counselors. I want the school site to show, but with no records.

You need to change the Join types of your links: Database menu > Database Expert > Links tab.

Presumably, your School table contains the common ID field for your links, so the links need to be set up something like this (use Left Outer as Join Type):
Schools.SchoolID --> Nurses.SchoolID
Schools.SchoolID --> Librarians.SchoolID
Schools.SchoolID --> Counselors.SchoolID

Thanks. All of my data was in one table. I tried using a Cross Tab and got the results I needed.
