Bring Full name with 3 initial letters

HI friends,
In my forms what I have to do is if user types initial 3 letters of company name or whatever then it should bring all company name matches with that three letters.
Suppose company name is computer dept. ltd, communication ltd. etc, so when user types “com” in the company_name field then it should bring up both company name or if there is one company with that initial then that company name.
Urgently in need of help!

Hi,
I suppose, you could try using 2 items at the same position in your canvas which are alternatively visible and enabled or not.
A textitem of 3 characters length not based to get the 3 letters.
A mandatory pop-list to display and choose the companies.
You type the 3 letters in the text-item and then you hide it.
You use a record group to get the companies from database and populate the pop-list and show the pop-list.
I don't have test this...
