Brightstor with Quota Server Problems

Is any one out there have Brightstor 9 and Quota Server (by Northen Software) installed on the same machine. We recently installed Brightstor 9, and started to develop problems where we could not create new files on the disk. Based upon the timing of the problem it appears that this may have caused the Quota Server to act up.
 
Do you happen to have the BAOF (Open Files Agent) installed on that machine?

There is known issues having more than one open file technology in use at a time.

Very similar to having more than one Antivirus product in use. Results are unpredictable.
 
Yep, we have the Backup for Open Files Agent installed, and we never had it until we went to v9. That does make sense.
 
Check on the latest patch voor BAOF/OFA for ARCserve v9, maybe it will make the difference.
To check if OFA is the cause I think you should uninstall it (just stopping the corresponding service doesn't always help)

Apply Arcserve 9.01 and 9.01 Patch 1 and see if that makes difference.

 
We determined so far the Open File Aggent is not the cause.
