Brightstor v9 cannot view the exchange organization

My system is a server with BrightStor v9 Backup and Exchanger Server 5.5 (in the same machine).

I´ve installed the backup server and the exchange agent without any problem (the configuration of the agent is succesfully)

But when I open the manager and the backup wizard, I can not view the Exchange Organization (no servers no mailboxes).

The EventLog doesn´t show any messages.

PS: Curiosity, I can see the Exchange Organization before installing the Exchange Agent (Obviously, I can not access to it)
 
I think that I´ve solved it.

I´ve changed the following key in the registry:

HKLM->Software->Computer Associates->BrightStor ARCServe Backup->DSAgent->CurrentVersion->Agent->dbexch->
isExch2000(REG_DWORD)=0 (the preceding value was 1).

After the change, I´ve restart the service (BAckup Agent RPC Server).

Now Backup Server view the the Exchange Organization perfectly.

I´ve found a better solution.

with the preceding post, you can access to the exchange in brick level but not to the Information Store or Directory.

The best solution is delete the entry isExch2000(DWORD) in the registry.

When you delete it and restart the RPC service, you can access to the whole Exchange Server.
