BrightStor r11.1 Database Shutdown

BrightStor r11.1 on Exchange Server 2003 running 5 day daily Full Backup. The Backups complete however every morning I have to restart the Database. It shuts down after completing the backups. I consistently run DBfix - DBdefrag & Keybuild as a weekly scheduled task. I can see the error in the Activity Log (E5110-The Database is no longer available.) Is there a log file I can check to see what’s causing the shutdown?
