Brightstor Firewall Ports

Hi guys,

I am using Brightstor Enterprise Backup 10.5 in my environment.

Just wondering if the below ports are sufficient/correct for a simple Wintel box to be backup?

TCP/UDP 6050 - BEB NT Agent
UDP 41523/41524 - BEB Discovery
TCP 6070/6071 - BEB Backup Agent

In additional, are these ports required bi-directional?
Are these ports used for incoming connections on the target backup client?

Yes, yes, yes, I think.

Only 6050 and 6070/6071 outbound from the backup server are needed.
The BEB Discovery is not needed if you manually add the client to the list (with fixed ip or not (depends on your network configuration))
